We’ve partnered with The Lodge Boutique Hotel to provide you with an elevated and comfortable stay. Founded by two local entrepreneurs who are passionate about authentic and meaningful travel, The Lodge opened in 2024, showcasing Moroccan-inspired design with a modern twist. Nestled in upper Tamraght, it’s conveniently located near cafes, shops and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk down to the beach.
Amid all the surfing, we want to provide you with a relaxing space that also sparks inspiration. Enjoy delicious and healthy breakfast and dinner prepared by local chefs, ensuite bathrooms in every room, and take advantage of amenities like optic fiber Wi-fi, housekeeping every other day, a rooftop with stunning 360 views, yoga equipment and more.

We recommend that you do not drink the tap water in Morocco. Bottled water is the norm here, and you can find a filter at Daydream Home Goods – our coffee and gift shop.
Absolutely! Families are welcome! We tailor our surf lessons to meet the needs of children, ensuring a fun and safe experience every time. If you book a surf package, The Lodge has a private apartment that’s perfect for families.
Yes! Both bath towels and beach towels are provided when you book a package.

Getting to Tamraght from Marrakech is easy! There are many busses (CTM or Supratours) travelling from Marrakech to Agadir via the motorway. The journey is approximately 3 hours. The bus terminal in Marrakech is about a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. We can also arrange a private transfer. Please contact us for more details. The cost is around_____
Tamraght is a developing town with many new businesses opening up. There are many restaurants, cafes, a gas station, a pharmacy, a supermarket and small local grocery stores. You’ll also find 2 currency exchange bureaus and many ATMs in town.
Morocco uses the Moroccan Dirham (MAD). The exchange rate is approximately 10 MAD to €1 or $1 USD.
Dirhams are not always offered at exchange counters outside of Morocco, and the exchange rate will be better here in Morocco. There are exchange offices and ATMs in Tamraght so it is easy to obtain dirhams. Many businesses do not accept payment by card, but often accept payment in euros as an alternative to dirhams.
Tamraght offers many restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy a coffee, mint tea or a bite to eat après-surf. The hotels along the coast have bars if you’re looking for an alcoholic beverage, or night out.
In Tamraght, you’ll find a laid-back beach vibe. On the beach, it’s normal to be in swim shorts or bikinis, but it is recommended to cover up a bit while walking through town. Most people are wearing t-shirts, shorts and flip flops. Make sure to pack layers, as it can be cool in the mornings and evenings. In the winter months, a light jacket is recommended for the evenings.
In Morocco, the standard voltage is 220V and the plugs used are European 2-pin round plugs.
When you book with Daydream Surf Morocco, we require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable, however it can be used toward a future booking within one year of your original booking. Cancellations made less than 15 days before will be charged 100% of the total booking.

Daydream Surf Morocco is located in the small coastal town of Tamraght – 20 minutes from Agadir, and 10 minutes from Taghazout. It is conveniently located 50 minutes from Agadir International Airport with direct flights from many European cities.
Guests travelling from further abroad may need to connect in Casablanca or another European airport that offers direct flights to Agadir.
