1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Services

Daydream Surf Morocco offers surf lessons and related services. Availability of services is subject to change without notice.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us.
• A 20% non-refundable deposit must be made via the payment link emailed to you.
• Your booking is only confirmed once the 20% deposit has been received.
• The remainder must be paid upon arrival in cash (euros or dirhams), or by credit card. Please note card payments will have an added 3% fee.
• All prices are subject to change unless a deposit has been made.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 15 days before your booking will receive a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
• Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will be charged the full amount of the service.
• If you must cancel, your non-refundable deposit can be used toward a future booking within one calendar year of your original booking.

5. Health and Safety

• Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.
• Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by instructors.
• Daydream Surf Morocco reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe.

6. Liability Waiver

• Participants are responsible for their own travel, health, sport, and/or equipment insurance when booking with Daydream Surf Morocco.
• Daydream Surf Morocco is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during lessons or activities or anytime during your stay.
• Daydream Surf Morocco is not responsible for loss of property, or any other claims arising from participation.
• Participants are responsible to inspect any surf equipment provided and to report any issues or damages prior to use.
• Participants are liable for any loss or damage of surf equipment during their stay.
• By booking with Daydream Surf Morocco, you are accepting these terms.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must follow the instructions of our staff and adhere to safety guidelines. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the guesthouse without a refund.

8. Weather and Environmental Conditions

• Surfing is an outdoor activity and may be affected by weather and ocean conditions.
• Daydream Surf Morocco reserves the right to modify the schedule or cancel sessions as needed for safety.

9. Photography and Media Release

Participants consent to their images being used for promotional purposes (i.e., social media). If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us prior to your arrival.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.

11. Modifications to Terms
